How to order

Orders can be made by calling us at(888) 275-3933 toll free if outside of Austin or locally at (512) 452-8986. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover credit cards. Money orders and personal checks are welcome as well but will take a bit longer to process.

Most parts can be shipped within three days of order. Back-ordered parts might take a bit longer. If purchasing a complete game, reconditioning time can be set before the order is placed. No game leaves before a thorough reconditioning has been done. You just can't rush a pinball and do it right!

Our shipping and handling fee is a flat $5.00 for parts orders weighing two pounds or less. This fee includes US Postal two day priority shipping. We charge a $75.00 packing fee for complete games and a $25.00 packing fee for Backglasses and playfields. Packing fees are not included in inventory prices.

Payment for shipping complete games is the customer's responsibility. We will coordinate all shipping arrangements and send the game to you frieght collect. 

Unless other arrangements are made, a deposit of 1/2 of the purchase amount is due at the time of order. The balance is owed when the game ships or is delivered.
