Jukebox Service Bulletin:
As of April 9, 2005, we will no longer service Jukeboxes other than new style Rockola Jukes of which we are a dealer of. It comes with a heavy heart as Jukes have always been a part of what we do. However, due to their age and the huge amount of work that conquering even a small problem can bring, we can no longer effectively handle them. In reality, they sit here since very few people understand the expense and time involved in bringing a jukebox back to life. Unfortunately, this results in ill will and lost time and money. On average, a successful juke repair results in a labor rate of less then 25% of our normal fees and a warranty call rate hundreds of times higher then any other piece of equipment we sell or restore. Parts are an issue as well as it can take months to find a certain part. The end result is usually negative ill will despite the fact that many of these factors are beyond our control.
I have spent the better part of 17 years building a company that prides itself in the quality of craftsmanship, work and customer service that we have always held so high. Unfortunately, Jukes put us in a bad position and I am no longer willing to do that. This decision has been years in the making and it saddens us but we have no other choice.
If you presently have a jukebox in for service, please be patient and understand that we are honoring service on the one's we have agreed to work on prior to now.
On the bright side is the wonderful Jukes that Rockola is making and has made for years. These jukes rarely malfunction and parts are readily available! We will continue to service both new and used Rockola Jukes!
